Our Craft Cocktail and Wine Classes are immersive, educational, and social experiences designed for enthusiasts of all levels—from casual sippers to seasoned connoisseurs.
Craft Cocktail Classes are led by expert mixologists, our cocktail classes focus on technique, balance, and creativity. Guests will learn the fundamentals of mixology, including shaking, stirring, muddling, and proper glassware. Explore the building blocks of a great cocktail—spirits, bitters, syrups, and garnishes. Create and enjoy 3–4 craft cocktails, each showcasing a different spirit or style (e.g., stirred classic, shaken sour, seasonal special).
Gain hands-on experience behind the bar with personalized instruction and small group interaction. Our wine classes are hosted by sommeliers or wine educators, our wine classes are approachable yet in-depth explorations of wine regions, varietals, and tasting techniques. Guests will learn the basics of wine tasting: sight, swirl, smell, sip. Discover how to pair wine with food, including small tasting bites to highlight pairing principles. Discuss winemaking techniques, terroir, and trends in the wine industry.
